Controllable Flush Return Policy
The Athena Company will accept product returns if the returning product is not broken. Returned product must be in tact with all parts. Returns with missing and/or damaged parts will not be excepted. We will not honor returns if the device has already been used in a toilet. A refund less a 20% restocking charge will be credited to purchasers credit card.
Controllable Flush Limited Lifetime Warranty
Congratulations on a smart investment in the Controllable Flush Water Conservation kit! Your new installation entitles you to certain quality assurance standards as provided in the limited warranty.
Athena warrants to the owner of a Controllable Flush installation that Athena, at its option, will replace a specific part or parts, without charge, if such product fails due to any manufacturing defect.
This warranty does not cover claims resulting from physical misuse, failure to follow instructions on installation, or use of unauthorized attachments. This warranty shall be exclusive and shall be in lieu of any express warranty, written or oral, including but not limited to any express warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The customers exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty or of any implied warranty or of any other obligation arising by operation of law or otherwise shall be limited as specified herein to replacement at our sole option. In any event, responsibility for special incidental and consequential damage is expressly excluded.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary, from state to state or, in Canada, from province to province.
